We retain your company as dormant and pass the appropriate resolutions along with filing dormant accounts and annual returns.
We also act as the registered office for your company and our Nominees stay on as director and secretary for as long as you require.
We do not charge you for Company Secretary or Registered office fees for providing these services for a dormant company so the only fee you pay is £50 per annum.
You can choose to have the initial subscriber share transferred to you after incorporation so that you own the company, or we can continue to hold this in trust on your behalf.
Please note: Dormant Company Maintenance runs from the date of incorporation, when our director and secretary are appointed, (not the date you order it, except in extraordinary circumstances) and will need to be renewed one year after incorporation.
We will contact you regarding confirmation of details in respect of the filing of the annual return, and renewal of the service. If we are to provide you with an efficient service, you will need to keep us informed of any changes in your contact details. If we can't contact you, we may be unable to file the annual return, or continue to act on your behalf. Ultimately we will have to refer the matter to Companies House.
